Description

You will facilitate agile processes and lead commercial software engineering teams toward meeting iteration goals and program increment objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate impediments to facilitate workflow and improve team performance.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by facilitating effective retrospectives.
• Facilitate agile meetings at a set cadence to promote self-organization and collaboration.
• Manage risks and communicate changes to key stakeholders to align expectations.
• Help teams embrace SAFe principles and challenge the status quo to meet delivery goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 7+ years of experience coaching Scrum XP or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
• 2+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing Kanban Service Delivery Systems.
• Experience with release management and Jira boards.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve risks and impediments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for giving and receiving feedback.
• Degree or equivalent education.
