You will facilitate agile processes and manage workflows within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban processes for the team.
• Manage workflows to ensure efficient delivery.
• Monitor cloud observability metrics to support team performance.
• Drive agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Coach the team on agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional work experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a similar agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Kanban methodologies.
• K knowledge of cloud observability.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.
