Description

You will lead agile delivery and facilitate scrum ceremonies for the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using effective time-boxing.
• Remove impediments, coach the team on agile principles, and promote self-organization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies transparently to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics like velocity and burn-down charts.
• Define release scope with stakeholders and collaborate with QA for defect tracking and timely releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI environments.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills.
