Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery and manage project execution across multiple parallel initiatives, coordinating between offshore and onshore teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between offshore and onshore teams to meet delivery charters.
• Plan and maintain release activities while managing Jira boards and tracking dependencies.
• Identify task gaps, manage cross-team dependencies, and remove impediments to maintain velocity.
• Provide regular status updates and required reports to senior management.
• Negotiate and influence roadmap prioritization to ensure projects meet quality and timeline expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in managing portfolio execution and complex dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and board management.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and technical documentation abilities.
• Experience working within AWS cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD, APIs, messaging technologies, and middleware.
• PMP certification.
