Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for the development team.
• Coach the team and organization on Agile principles and practices.
• Track and report on Agile metrics to identify process bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Scrum.
• Experience in Agile Coaching.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Ability to work with Agile Metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
