Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project portfolios, and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage Planview for work items, EPICs, and resource allocation tracking.
• Coach the team on Agile ASDM best practices and ensure proper methodology implementation.
• Generate reports using Planview and Power BI for stakeholder communication and management.
• Remove blockers and monitor team velocity to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Planview for project and portfolio management.
• Experience with Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with upstream and downstream teams.
• Skills in generating reports and visual management using Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Whoville or similar Project & Portfolio Management tools.
• Understanding of Financial Management activities.
