Description

You will lead Agile ceremonies and manage Jira boards for cloud security and identity management teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and quarterly PI planning.
• Manage and maintain Jira boards for multiple workstreams, ensuring correct tracking of stories and epics.
• Utilize Jira metrics such as burn-down charts, velocity, and cumulative flow diagrams to drive team improvement.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum-of-Scrums).
• Guide teams through process changes and foster collaboration among engineers, security specialists, and product owners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira Software, including dashboards, custom filters, and large backlogs.
• Strong technical background in AWS Cloud Security, specifically IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and SSO.
• Experience in scaled Agile settings with program increment planning and cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge of session management tools (e.g., StrongDM) and secure access platforms.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt Agile practices to specific team needs and contexts.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or Security Specialty) or security certifications (CISSP, CISM).
• Agile certifications beyond Scrum Master (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
• Exposure to Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, NIST, CIS).
