Description

Lead Agile practice definition, implementation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and burndown activities.
• Drive Agile transformation by scaling practices from team to enterprise level.
• Identify impediments and maintain relevant delivery metrics.
• Create training materials and coach teams on Agile playbooks.
• Collaborate with non-Agile teams to manage dependencies and support their transformation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
• Proficiency with common Agile practices and product development principles.
• Ability to define and use clear metrics to demonstrate value.
• Strong conflict resolution and consensus-building skills.
• Expertise in presenting and communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to act as a change agent and drive Agile rollouts independently.

Preferred Skills

• CSM/CSPO Certification.
• PMI-ACP Certification.
