Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery for Salesforce-driven initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and ensure continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of Agile best practices across teams.
• Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on accountability and high performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile project management role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse team collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
