Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and manage team workflows for the Indiana-based team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Agile methodologies within the team.
• Manage workflows using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Handle stakeholder negotiations to resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Facilitate team ceremonies and continuous improvement cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• BS in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification(s).
• Background as a Java developer or in Quality Assurance.
