Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile and Kanban processes to support software development lifecycles.
• Manage team workflows and remove blockers to ensure consistent delivery.
• Coordinate with technical teams to maintain development momentum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or as a Scrum Master.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing Kanban workflows.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification(s).
• Background as a Java developer or in Quality Assurance.
