Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in adopting agile practices to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor team progress and metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Coach teams and organizations in agile adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with Project Management principles.
• Ability to facilitate ceremonies for small to large teams.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in the current role or similar capacity.
