You will facilitate Agile processes and manage delivery workflows for software development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through Scrum methodologies and Agile practices.
• Manage user stories and task tracking using Jira.
• Prioritize and weight the product backlog to ensure efficient delivery.
• Integrate Agile practices within the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Apply problem-solving skills to address technical and process bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile leadership roles.
• Expertise in Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira for user story and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability in backlog prioritization and weighting.
• Solid problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
