Key Responsibilities

Primary Skills (Must have)

• Act as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for one or more Scrum teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Development teams to ensure effective backlog management and sprint execution.
• Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, impediments and delivery commitments.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers and impediments impacting the team.
• Facilitate cross-team dependency management and coordinate with other Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and Agile best practices.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices and ways of working.
• Support estimation, capacity planning, release planning and delivery forecasting.
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, burndown/burnup, cycle time and team performance.
• Provide transparent status updates on progress, risks, issues and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT/software delivery, with significant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies, Scrum roles, artifacts and metrics.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in impediment removal, risk management and dependency management.
• Strong coaching and servant-leadership mindset.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills Good to have:

• Experience working on Salesforce implementation / enhancement / integration projects.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Salesforce Agile Accelerator.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Integration projects.
• Knowledge of SAFe / Scaled Agile practices.
• Experience in PI Planning, Program Increment execution and cross-team dependency management.
• Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps/release management processes.
• Understanding of CI/CD and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience working in large enterprise/global delivery environments.
