Description

You will lead project teams through complex application development lifecycles using agile and scrum frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Manage project schedules by decomposing scope into measurable tasks, timelines, dependencies, and cost estimates.
• Coach product managers and owners on backlog grooming and refinement to ensure clear deliverables.
• Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to senior executive stakeholders with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align project dependencies and integrate solution components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Project Management experience managing large, complex application development projects.
• 7+ years of experience managing agile, iterative, or scrum-based projects.
• 7+ years of experience facilitating ceremonies such as story mapping and customer journey mapping.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, time, and cost within OPS project management methodologies.
• Experience resolving resource conflicts and negotiating resource requirements.
• Strong ability to provide status updates for portfolio-level reporting to senior executives.
• Proficiency in managing technical team workflows and resolving day-to-day blockers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Privacy Policies and Technical Support processes.
