You will facilitate Agile delivery for investment operations and trading teams in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile principles to deliver epics, releases, and versions.
• Facilitate team ceremonies including retrospectives and user story refinement.
• Utilize Agile patterns such as burndown charts to track progress.
• Lead teams to improve performance and operate effectively within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Direct experience in Asset Management.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple epics and software releases.
• Ability to implement Agile product development standards and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and challenge team improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Programming or software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
