Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project delivery within an SDLC environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and backlog grooming in coordination with Product Owners.
• Remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and coach team members to improve Scrum maturity.
• Prepare user stories, specification documents, and workflows to decompose requirements into developmental tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in facilitating Sprint Planning and backlog management.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical tasks and user stories.
• Experience ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
