Description

Facilitate agile delivery for teams managing moderate to high complexity work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to drive team engagement.
• Manage interdependencies between multiple agile teams.
• Partner with Product Owners on short and long-term release planning and backlog health.
• Shield teams from external interference to maintain productivity.
• Anticipate and resolve impediments to team delivery.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile principles and concepts.
• Practical knowledge of SAFe.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to understand business operations, strategies, and objectives.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working specifically within a scaled agile framework.
