Description

You will lead software development teams and manage multiple projects within a matrix product management structure. This role requires facilitating delivery across Agile frameworks in customer-facing production environments while communicating status to executives and product owners.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite and offshore development teams in a matrix structure.
• Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects.
• Facilitate Agile delivery and deployment in production environments.
• Communicate project status and requirements to stakeholders.
• Drive consistent delivery timelines under strict deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading software development teams.
• 3+ years of experience practicing Scrum.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Agile Frameworks.
• Experience working within the Telecom or Networking industry.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to manage distributed onsite and offshore teams.
