Lead Agile teams to drive software delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers to support team self-organization and decision-making.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine the product backlog and align with business objectives.
• Track sprint progress using burndown charts and velocity metrics to identify risks and dependencies.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and engineering practices like TDD and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and the Scrum framework.
• Proficiency with Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps for backlog management and tracking.
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical or related field.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certifications.
