Description

Facilitate Agile processes and support cross-functional delivery teams within a finance-focused environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support product owners with effective product backlog management.
• Remove impediments to team productivity and coordinate dependencies across large enterprise settings.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down/up charts, and team capacity.
• Coach teams in Agile/Lean best practices to improve maturity and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or VersionOne.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate distributed teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
