Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and manage project execution for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the payments domain.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of payment systems and banking APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, PSD2, and GDPR.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education level.
• Experience with a 3-year job tenure structure.
