Description

Lead Agile implementation and scaling across the organization as a change agent and coach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and burndown activities.
• Drive Agile transformation from team level to enterprise level.
• Own and resolve impediments to ensure continuous deployment and process improvement.
• Define metrics to track program progress and team Scrum maturity.
• Develop Communities of Practice and mentor Agile practitioners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Deep proficiency in Scrum practices and common Agile methodologies.
• CSM or CSPO certification.
• Proven ability to lead Agile scaling and enterprise-level transformations.
• Experience managing dependencies between internal teams, third parties, and release managers.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders from team members to executives.
• Expertise in using metrics to drive accountability and transparency.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage conflicts and assertively ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Experience building partnerships across diverse groups in multiple locations.
