Description

You will facilitate Agile and Scrum projects, managing release planning, capacity planning, and workflow management.

You will implement Agile patterns and techniques, including various Retrospective formats, and track progress using multiple Burndown technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile and Scrum projects within a structured framework.
• Manage release planning and capacity planning processes.
• Track progress using multiple Burndown technologies.
• Oversee bug handling and workflow management.
• Implement Agile patterns and techniques, including various Retrospective formats.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience working on Agile/Scrum projects.
• Proficiency with Rally.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and patterns.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
