Description

This role facilitates agile delivery and scaling of practices within the Key Management Services Infrastructure Delivery team, supporting security infrastructure initiatives on Azure and AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and backlog grooming.
• Manage Jira boards and Kanban workflows to ensure task accuracy and delivery visibility.
• Remove blockers and improve delivery velocity by liaising between engineering teams, product owners, and leadership.
• Support KMS, HSM, and cryptographic system initiatives on on-premises and cloud environments.
• Provide Agile metrics and reporting, including velocity tracking and burn-down charts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong focus on Kanban and Agile Coaching.
• Advanced Jira expertise, including complex workflows, dashboards, and automation.
• Experience with Agile delivery in technical environments including infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of security stacks: Key Management, HSMs, Identity Management, Secrets Vaults, PAM, and encryption standards.
• Proven ability to train and mentor Agile teams and champion Agile adoption.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects in Azure and AWS environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Agile certification.
• Background in managing large-scale Agile transformations.
