Description

You will lead multiple Scrum teams and facilitate agile delivery within a rapidly changing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate multiple Scrum teams using established agile patterns and techniques.
• Partner with IT technical staff and business sponsors to align design with business and technical requirements.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests following PMO guidelines.
• Facilitate project team status meetings to track schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Organize and prioritize workloads while managing tasks independently.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience leading Agile or Scrum projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Project 2010.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
• Deep knowledge of Agile patterns including burndown charts, retrospective formats, release planning, and capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of SDLC disciplines and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Word.
• Experience with labor, cost management, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately.
• Broad knowledge of IT functions and product development processes.
