Lead agile delivery and technical execution for Java-based projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Scrum Framework.
• Manage backlogs, track progress, and remove impediments using Jira.
• Apply Agile methodology and SAFe principles to streamline delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on Java and Spring Boot technical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles.
• Proven expertise with Scrum Framework and Agile methodology.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java technologies and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) knowledge.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background in Java development.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
