Description

You will manage agile processes to ensure team effectiveness and predictability in a remote capacity based in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all team ceremonies and monitor workflows to ensure processes are followed.
• Provide metrics, including team velocity and throughput, to drive performance improvements.
• Coach delivery teams on continuous improvement and help create team agreements.
• Remove impediments and escalate identified risks or issues to the Product Owner and Project Manager.
• Ensure delivery teams remain focused on the highest priority work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Proven ability to manage and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of team velocity and throughput metrics.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners.
• Experience working closely with Project Managers.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of tenure in previous Scrum Master roles.
