Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for projects within the Asset and Wealth Management domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex project activities using Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Facilitate all standard agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment.
• Prioritize team activities and contribute to the ideation process.
• Escalate delivery issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Perform reviews before final operations outputs to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in project or product delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation.
• Hands-on experience performing the Scrum Master role effectively.
• Direct experience working in the Asset and Wealth Management sector.
• Deep familiarity with all agile ceremonies and frameworks.
• Ability to perform data analysis tasks when project requirements necessitate.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
