Description

Lead agile development teams in a banking environment, applying SAFe principles to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
• Eliminate impediments and protect the team from outside interruptions to maintain flow and velocity.
• Manage and track work, dependencies, risks, and sprint goals using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify scope, build healthy backlogs, and ensure requirements are understood.
• Analyze metrics and customized reports to drive relentless improvement in quality and predictability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of agile project management experience, including significant time as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
• Hands-on Data Engineering experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Tester.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), including creating customized reports and using PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework, including principles, values, and practices.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira or Version One.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• In-depth knowledge of banking, finance, or investment business processes and terminology.
• One of the following certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Familiarity with banking industry standards and regulations.
