Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for a project team based onsite in Jersey City.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers to ensure consistent team progress.
• Promote agile best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to align on delivery.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments.
• Proven experience leading and managing agile teams.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
