Description

You will lead Agile practices for a GenAI team within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove roadblocks and impediments to optimize team performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master specifically within Property & Casualty insurance projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and lead Agile teams.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI solutions and the Insurance Industry.
• Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, Rally, and managing non-prod and prod environments.
• Advanced certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
