Lead Agile practices for a GenAI team in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and optimize team performance.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master specifically within Property & Casualty insurance projects.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI solutions and the insurance industry.
• Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or CSM.
• Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, Rally, and managing non-prod and prod environments.
