ROLE OVERVIEW
Bonus: Candidates with experience in data, data architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or working directly with architects will be highly preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Coordinator in an enterprise environment
Extensive hands-on Jira experience — Jira-heavy role
Experience working with Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture teams
Healthcare industry/client experience is mandatory
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Jira-based delivery and project management experience
Experience managing workflows, backlogs, dashboards, reporting, and Jira data quality
Excellent coordination, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with data teams / data architecture / data initiatives
Background in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture
Experience working directly with Solution Architects / Enterprise Architects
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
Experience improving Jira adoption, governance, and operational processes
Strong understanding of orchestration layers and technical dependencies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain Jira for the Enterprise Architecture organization
Coordinate workflows, dependencies, deliverables, and technical initiatives
Ensure Jira backlogs, dashboards, workflows, and reporting remain accurate and up to date
Track architecture initiatives and provide visibility into progress and dependencies
