Description

You facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams in delivering value through servant leadership and impediment removal.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile events including iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Establish working agreements, definitions of ready, and definitions of done for your teams.
• Manage the feature lifecycle and backlog using tools like Feature Kanban to ensure exit criteria are met.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies by collaborating with stakeholders and external teams.
• Monitor team performance and help forecast work to ensure alignment with established plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with scaled agile environments and PI planning.
• Ability to implement and interpret metrics including burn-up, burn-down, lead/cycle times, velocity trends, and cumulative flow diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills including root-cause determination, analysis, and decision making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to follow and implement agile chapter guidelines and team excellence elements.
• Capability to co-create and co-deliver training content.
