Scrum Master for Juno Beach, FL. You facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure sprint delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress using Jira and Azure DevOps to maintain visibility.
• Remove blockers and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coach the team on Kanban and Scrum principles.
• Manage backlog grooming and release planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing workflows in Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or PSM certification.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
