Description

You facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlog health for a Salesforce team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs and sprint tasks in Jira.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and issue tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce platforms, data models, and configuration best practices.
• Proficiency with Jira for Agile project management and issue tracking.
• Strong experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Scrum Master and Business Analyst practices.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
