You will facilitate agile processes and coach the team to improve productivity and Scrum maturity.

Responsibilities

• Coach the Scrum Team and organization on agile values, principles, and self-organization.
• Assess Scrum maturity and implement sustainable improvements to team practices.
• Remove impediments by identifying necessary personnel or resources.
• Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and team discussions.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies.
• Strong servant leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external communications and transparency.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for conflict and impediment resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
