Description

You will facilitate Agile Release Trains and lead teams through PI planning, iteration execution, and flow optimization. You serve as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile values and navigating conflict to ensure delivery goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning by helping the team and Product Owner identify work, draft PI plans, and communicate capacity constraints to RTEs.
• Coordinate with other teams to secure subject matter experts, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration on feature development.
• Support iteration execution by facilitating daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize workflow by refining Kanban processes, adjusting WIP limits, and redefining workflow states to remove bottlenecks.
• Resolve conflicts and foster collaboration within the team to clarify accountability and maintain focus on results.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Agile environments with deep expertise in SAFe.
• Proven ability to facilitate PI planning and manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Strong facilitation skills for conflict resolution and decision-making.
• Experience with Kanban methodologies, including WIP limit management and flow optimization.
• Proficiency in Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to engage business leaders and translate technical constraints into business context.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile values, principles, and framework.

Preferred Skills

• Solid business acumen to navigate organizational dynamics.
• Experience setting up digital or physical planning areas for large-scale events.
