Description

Manage scrum and scrum of scrum processes for parallel projects within a multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage scrum and scrum of scrum ceremonies for parallel workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while communicating status to stakeholders.
• Monitor cross-team dependencies and implement corrective actions to maintain project velocity.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing in coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Technical Leads, and Implementation Managers to resolve technical and business issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and leading Scrum of Scrum ceremonies.
• Extensive background in the design, development, testing, and implementation of large-scale technology integration initiatives.
• Experience managing projects within a matrix organization and multi-vendor partner environment.
• Strong ability to manage distributed teams and complex task prioritization.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Data Architects and Technical Leads.
• Background in multi-vendor partner environments.
