Description

You will facilitate agile processes and coach the team to optimize delivery and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the Scrum Team in agile best practices and scrum adoption.
• Manage, arrange, and optimize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
• Organize and facilitate all scrum events and ceremonies.
• Build and maintain effective communication channels between the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to increase team productivity.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage product backlogs.
• Experience coaching teams on agile methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to support the technical implementation of user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with other Scrum Masters to improve organizational methodology efficiency.
