Description

You will lead Agile teams and drive the successful delivery of high-quality products through servant leadership and coaching.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals while working closely with Product Owners.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress.
• Engage with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Core competency and working experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX).
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
