Description

You will facilitate Scrum principles and practices for a software development team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and apply servant leadership to support the team.
• Implement techniques for continuous improvement, including various retrospective formats and burndown methods.
• Manage team transparency and resolve conflicts to maintain workflow.
• Address intentional gaps in the Scrum approach, such as bug handling and process optimization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• 5+ years of experience working with Jira and Mainframe development.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification.
• Proven ability in facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution.
• Practical knowledge of burndown techniques and retrospective formats.
• Experience with empowerment and increasing team transparency.
• Any Graduate degree.
