Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and remove impediments for IT development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Manage team backlogs and oversee user story refinement.
• Track and report sprint metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and progress.
• Support iterative and incremental development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience specifically in a Scrum Master role.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Deep understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in managing sprint planning and backlog tracking.
• Ability to utilize metrics to drive team performance.
• Experience managing Agile teams through the full development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
