Description

You will serve as a Scrum Master for a software development team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide the team in applying Scrum principles.
• Resolve impediments and address conflicts within the team environment.
• Drive continual improvement within the team's processes and practices.
• Increase transparency and promote team empowerment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a software development team.
• Deep knowledge of servant leadership and situational awareness.
• Proficiency in various Agile techniques, including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, and BDD.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing.
• Knowledge of patterns to augment the standard Scrum approach (e.g., various Retrospective formats).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with Web and Mobile App development environments.
• Experience with Agile practices and techniques.
