Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive process improvement for a software development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide the team in applying Scrum principles.
• Resolve impediments and address conflicts within the team environment.
• Drive continual improvement within the team's processes and practices.
• Increase transparency and promote team empowerment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a software development team.
• Deep knowledge of servant leadership and situational awareness.
• Proficiency in Agile techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, and BDD.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing.
• Knowledge of patterns to augment standard Scrum (e.g., various Retrospective formats).
• Familiarity with Web and Mobile App development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
