Description

You will facilitate Scrum team processes and remove impediments to drive delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant-leader to help the team meet goals and shield them from external interruptions.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to maintain team productivity.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is defined and prioritized.
• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics and report status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
• Experience coaching teams transitioning to Agile methodologies.
