Description

Lead the organization through its Agile transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the strategic roadmap for Agile transformation across the organization.
• Establish and manage single points of contact (SPOCs) within each team to drive implementation.
• Create and coordinate input plans for team-level SPOCs to ensure transformation alignment.
• Implement Agile practices and streamline Scrum ceremonies through effective time-boxing.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles and empirical product development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Proven experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks and empirical product development.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate business-to-team communication.
• Expertise in impediment removal and project life cycle management.
• Strong organizational skills for managing roadmap planning and team coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.
