Description

Lead the organization through its Agile transformation journey, establishing strategic roadmaps and coaching teams on empirical product development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the strategic roadmap for Agile transformation across the organization.
• Establish and coordinate single points of contact (SPOCs) within each team to drive implementation.
• Create input plans for team-level SPOCs to ensure transformation alignment.
• Implement Agile practices and streamline Scrum ceremonies through effective time-boxing.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles and remove impediments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Proven experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks and empirical product development.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate business-to-team communication.
• Expertise in project life cycle management and impediment removal.
• Strong organizational skills for managing roadmap planning and team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
