Description

You will facilitate agile processes and manage team dynamics for engineering teams based in Lisbon.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics.
• Identify and address challenges using a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain team motivation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal, with CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in French.
